International Shipping & Delivery 

 

Bio illumia offers free international shipping on all orders over $150.00 AUD. (Please note your order total must reach AUD $150.00 AUD or more after any discounts have been applied)

For orders under $150.00 AUD, a flat shipping rate of $20.00 AUD applies.

All International orders are sent with tracking to ensure safe delivery of your skincare and must be signed for.

Delivery timeframe estimation according to Australia Post International Deliveries:

New Zealand: 5 - 8 business days

United Kingdom: 6 - 8 business days

United States: 5 - 9 business days

Europe: 8 -12 business days

Asia Pacific: 8 -12 business days
Peoples Republic of China: 8 -13 business days

North America: 8 - 9 business days
 

If your country is not listed above and you would like an estimate of how long your order could take to deliver, please email us at service@bioillumia.com.au and we will contact Australia Post for a delivery timeframe estimation.

International orders may take between 1 - 3 weeks to arrive depending on where you are located. If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, please check your tracking information and email the Bio illumia customer service team at service@bioillumia.com.au and we will enquire about your delivery.

International Complimentary Gift Wrapping & Personal Messages:

We are pleased to offer complimentary gift wrapping for all online orders, with an optional personalised gift message.

Please write “Gift Message” and add a personalised note which will be hand written on a custom Bio illumia gift card at no additional cost.

*Gift orders will not include payment information; you will receive an email receipt at time of purchase.

International Duties & Taxes:

Our retail prices and shipping charges exclude any local customs duties or taxes/VAT in each country. Customs duties and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities and vary country to country. The additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Bio illumia encourages customers to source this information prior to purchase. Unfortunately, Bio illumia is unable to provide information relating to the cost of unexpected taxes or duties as these charges vary and are beyond our control.
 

International Customs:

Please note, Bio illumia is not responsible for any international customs fees that may occur.
Bio illumia is not responsible for any items that may be held within customs. If your order is held in customs, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact their local customs and organise for their order to clear customs.

When international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

*Bio illumia is unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, missed delivery or public holidays.

 

Customs Declaration:

A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.  We are unable to mark any order as a 'gift' as we are an online Australian business.

 

Delivery Liability:

Please check all of your shipping details carefully before processing your order. Bio illumia will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen products that are incorrectly addressed on the order form. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties, customs charges or incorrect delivery addresses will incur an additional shipping fee to resend the order.

 

Exchange Rate Conversion:

International Orders will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) as per your order confirmation. The final transaction charge to your account may be converted from AUD and may vary slightly due to moment-by-moment exchange rate fluctuations. You may be charged a non-refundable international currency conversion fee conversion from your financial institution for an international purchase.

 

Import Restrictions:

Peoples Republic of China- Customers from China can place an order up to 1000 Chinese Yuan Renminbi (approximately $200 AUD depending on the exchange rate at the time) due to importing regulations.

 

Due to import restrictions, Bio illumia apologises we are unable to currently ship to the below countries:
